DESCRIPTION:Join National Press Club's Photography Team as they hear long-time Club member Christy Bowe tell about her 30-year journey through photography and journalism in her new book "Eyes That Speak," a series of pictures with behind the scenes stories from big events in Washington, including the National Press Club.Bowe will talk about personal and career highlights described in the book, as well as life lessons learned through the years that influence her photography today.The session on Tuesday, Oct. 19 begins with a self-funded lunch from the Reliable Source at 12:00 noon, with the discussion beginning at about 12:45 pm. The event is free and open to all Club members and guests, with advance reservations requested.
